Legal Link 2025 Annual Impact Report

The law shouldn’t be a mystery — and accessing justice shouldn’t be a luxury. In 2025, 586 frontline providers became certified in Legal First Aid® across six states, bringing our national network to 4,207 certified responders — 2,047 in California alone. With 201 participating organizations in the California Legal First Aid® Network and an estimated 20,000+ Californians reached this year, the people families turn to at their most vulnerable moments now have the tools to act.

And we didn’t stop there. With 91% of trained providers reporting a significant increase in legal capability, the evidence is clear: this model works. Not from the top down, but from the ground up — one trusted provider, one family, one legal crisis averted at a time.
